No upgrade 20.04 to 20.10

$ sudo do-release-upgrade

Checking for a new Ubuntu release
There is no development version of an LTS available.
To upgrade to the latest non-LTS development release
set Prompt=normal in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.

I changed to normal and did release-upgrade:

Updating repository information

No valid sources.list entry found

While scanning your repository information no entry about focal could
be found.

An upgrade might not succeed.

This is essentially a duplicate of another topic of yours:

So changing the Prompt to normal and getting the error No valid sources.list entry found
caused by the “taps” not on?

I’ll keep waiting.

Nope, wrong answer. Try again. Hint: the answer is in that other topic.
