Window snapping gone in 21.10?

I just uploaded to the new version 21.10. I had previously modified ~/.config/openbox/lxqt-rc.xml to customize some window snapping following this. But now I’m not able to get it in 21.10. Anyone knows if there is a new way of achieving this?

I think, you are the target audience of the Release Notes and should read it.
