Twitter and Instagram Video Problem in Opera Stable/Dev

Sometimes I use opera dev but but Opera has not been able to play Instagram and Twitter videos for a long time. Does anyone know the reason and solution?

Then it seems that you unfortunately have to use another web browser for watching those videos. :confused:
