ich bin nun seit vier Tagen dabei eine Lösung zu finden, wie ich den Tor Browser auf Lubuntu 18.04 installieren kann.
Ist das überhaupt noch möglich?

Lubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) was released April 27, 2018 and will reach End of Life on Friday, April 30, 2021. This means that after that date there will be no further security updates or bugfixes released.

For me it is not tragic if the system has an old status. Is it still possible to use Tor Browser, that is very important for me.
You need to download it from torproject.org
