Problems with Windows partitions

Hello everyone, I have an issue with partitions, I’m new to Linux and I installed Lubuntu alongside Windows 10 (dualboot), but I get this error when trying to access the Windows partition: “Error mounting /dev/sda3 at /media/manuel/SYSTEM: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda3, missing codepage or helper program, or other error”.

I already tried disabling fast startup in Windows.

Providing Lubuntu release details lets us know what software you’re dealing with (esp. the age/versions of the software).

Also telling us how you performed the mount, or what exploration you performed (ie. if it was done at terminal you’ll see clues in the messages, copy/paste them into your question along with the mount command used; if you’re using GUI logs you may need to explore system logs for more details just as you do when using windows).

Is windows in hibernate mode? That’s known to cause some issues. Login to windows and properly shut it down. Then try accessing it again.
