Problem with lubuntu 19.10 and vnc

I’ve recently installed lubuntu 19.10 on a Zotac Zbox ND01 (Intel Atom with Nvidia ION and installed Nvidia binary drivers).

Installation of lubuntu and tightvnc (had problems getting x11vnc running) worked fine - except after connection via vnc there is no taskbar via VNC, but a gray bar.

Installed tightvnc with the tutorial: https://www.fosslinux.com/17674/how-to-install-vnc-server-on-ubuntu.htm (except the startxfce4 in .vnc/xstartup of course which i replaced with startlxqt)

resulting in: Desktop of theVNC-Connection with missing menubar in the VNC-Log the is following:

i’ve seared and tried a lot, but nothing worked - or was usable with the new lxqt

any ideas? any other logs to provide?
