Lubuntu 18.04 is out of support.
Currently, Ubuntu has the Firefox in version 96 in the repositories. For more details, please check the changelog for the release.
In the current development branch, there is already Firefox in version 97, so I guess, it will land in the next few days also in the stable releases.
If you want, you can install the snap version of Firefox, which comes directly from Mozilla.
