I think that there is a mistake in Lubuntu 20.04 manual Chapter 3.2.17. At the end in “How to launch” is written this terminal command:
galternitives

and it should be:
galternatives

The link to the manual on lubuntu.me is currently pointing to the stable release, but there is no link for the lts release. I propose to show a selection when hovering with the mouse over the “Manual” link, similar to how it is done with the “Phabricator” link.
