I installed lubuntu into my windows desktop and it did show installed and when I clicked restart now. And when it restarted I m only having the option to click F1. Please help

Which version of Lubuntu did you install?
What selections did you make during Lubuntu install? Did you install alongside Windows (dual boot)?
