In Lubuntu 20.04 and in BIOS enabled USB wake up and selected suspend S3 if selecting to suspend or the system automatically was suspended by time not is possible power on using mouse or keyboard being only possible to wake up power on the system if pressing power button.
Machine is desktop Gigabyte GA78LMT-USB3 and BIOS Award.
In that machine if using windows 10 suspend and usb wake up work correctly.
