Install assistance HP laptop

Hello, have a refurbished hp laptop model 14 with Celeron N processor. I installed 22.04.04 jammy jellyfish. Install seemed to go fine, however when I try to boot it hangs with these two lines,

[ 0.169226] x86/cpu: VMX (outside TXT) disabled by BIOS

[0.169242] x86/cpu: SGX disabled by BIOS.

I assume I need to make changes in BIOS, however I am unsure how to proceed. TIA

In other words, if you’re having problems booting, it’s caused by something else.

How long did you wait for it to boot before giving up?

Did you verify the integrity of your installation media as shown by the manual?

Have you checked these settings in the bios? I believe F10 key when booting gets you there for HP laptop.
