I am using Lubuntu 20.04 and sometimes with Lxqt themes with light colored skin panels I can not see some widgets.
For example in this picture I can not see volume widget and wifi widget neither.
I have tried with panel configuration but it is useless, when I change the panel colour the widget colour does not change.
Any solution?

You have to use the light version of the icons, the action icons are black.
