Hi, how can I undo Lubuntu updates?
The easiest way is to restore from your backups.
Debian package tools (used by Ubuntu) are intended to upgrade to newer packages easily/automatically, and not go backwards. Backwards can still be achieved through manual installs; but its a manual process.

Try:
journalctl --unit=packagekit
This might get you started if you don’t have backups.
