This is what I did:
sudo apt update
sudo dist-upgrade
Firefox is still not up to date, even if I restart the computer and redo the two lines from above.
It is still the version 103.0.1 although it should be 105.0.1.
There is also a notification:
also with
sudo apt ugrade firefox
there is no change
I think I had the same problem and just ran.

This is already answered, but Lubuntu 22.04 LTS (jammy) release notes stated
Mozilla Firefox will be shipped as a Snap package with version 98.0.2 and will receive updates throughout the support cycle of the release.
It’s the same for all Ubuntu 22.04 flavors.
