Bluetooth tray icon

Hi to Everybody.

My question: I am not able to find the way to have a tray icon for bluetooth on the panel, since I would like to know which devices are currently paired (or simply turned on) and those aren’t.

I mean something simple like the icon we find in Mate, Gnome etc.

Thansk in advance.

It should show up when you plug in your bluetooth device.

Thank you very much for your help!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a Bluetooth menu for statusnotifier: I took a screenshot.

I only see a message on the right-top side of the screen for some seconds when I turn on a paired bluetooth device…

I beg your pardon :smiling_face:
I always had blueman installed and didn’t notice it was removed from 22.04.

In that case I can only recommend you install;

sudo apt-get install blueman

Run it once and it will install itself to the status-notifier. It should show up if bluetooth is on. You should also get a menu entry under Preferences.
