Right, but we can’t be expected to know what software it is you speak of unless you link it. So, to save trouble for anyone trying to help you, I went and found the link so that folks would know what it was you were talking about.
Keysmith is probably the best OTP/2fa Qt based application that I can think of. It is a KDE app so it receives a fair bit of development and support.
