What does that mean? I’m trying to respond a post in a thread I started. I’m Just using reply button.

The discourse software creates and builds a trust level for users, you can see where you stand on this page (https://discourse.lubuntu.me/u/CCIMAN/summary) and learn more about the concept here (https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/)
As a ‘new’ user, you have more restrictions than higher levels, but it doesn’t take long to increase your trust level either; details in the page I provided. The software assumes you’ll read the site & work out how it works, before you actually start using it. It tends to ‘trip up’ only those users who haven’t explored around much & try and create/reply to posts as their first action(s).
