I am using the Lubuntu 20.04 on a Lenovo G50-30. I have just run ‘Apply Full Upgrade’ to try and resolve this issue.
The lxqt-panel is not showing on the initial start-up. When I check the Task Manager it has status D.
The panel will show if I reboot my machine. Is there a fix for this please?
