Why i cannot gu gigher than 1024*768?

PS: i’ve tried manual xrandr mode adding.
But it’s always overrided by the lxqt monitor properties.

How were you using xrandr to try to add the working mode and then switch to it? AFAIK, LXQt shouldn’t be overriding things like you’re mentioning.
