Using Lubuntu 20.04.
When selecting with mouse pointer in any window bar to scroll the page the correct is scroll one page in each mouse click, but in each mouse click the bar scroll several pager to down or up or totally to up or down.
I not understand if is an bug in LXQT or in Lubuntu.
Only to report bug.

Are you saying when you click on the empty portion of the scroll bar, it brings you down multiple pages instead of one?

Exactly. Multiple page or scroll totally to up or down.
