I did some package triming after installing lubuntu 19.04, and now my Login GUI is gone, only console based text login now.

If I was in your shoes, I’d bet you removed something necessary for LXQt/gui to run and this needs to be re-installed.
You could examine /var/log/apt/history.log to look at what you removed, and what needs to be re-installed on your system. If you’re not familiar with how it operates this may not be very easy.
An alternative is sudo apt install lubuntu-desktop (ie. re-install most if not everything you removed), and consider being more frugal with your package removal next time (or you could be repeating this process again)
