Is the ‘Lubuntu’ option at login LXDE-based or is it another LXQt option?

I meant to say ‘19.10’. I’ve corrected the error.
Lubuntu 18.04 is the last Lubuntu with LXDE.
The option ‘Lubuntu’ starts the LXQt session with the settings provided the Lubuntu team.
The option ‘LXQt Desktop’ starts teh LXQt session with the settings provided by LXQt (upstream).
