How extract files from an image created by Udisks 2.7.6?

I had used Udisks 2.7.2 in Lubuntu 18.04 32 bits to create an partition image.
Is possible extract some files without restore the img file ?

Assuming you mean gnome-disks (udisks is a system daemon), you have an .img file to work with. You simply mount it and deal with it like you would any other storage device:
