Occasionally I will inadvertently spin my mouse wheel on a title bar. As a result the window will roll up. Of course I can merely spin my mouse wheel down to roll down that window. Granted, this is not a major problem; rather it is a very minor annoyance. Nonetheless, I would like to prevent this behavior.
Except in cases when I inadvertently roll up a window, I have no need whatsoever for rolling windows up and down. Therefore, I would not mind disabling this feature altogether.
