Yes, please check first the checksum of the downloaded ISO.
/dev/lubuntu-vg looks like LVM is in use. As far as I know, you cannot create a partition table inside the volume group (but I might be wrong). And I am not sure, if Calamares can handle LVM correctly (I have never tried it).
Can you please provide the output of:
sudo parted --list
