Can't recover Win10 thru Lubuntu

I have been using my SurfaceGo as an experimental platform and really like the Lubuntu OS; I've tried to recover Win10 so that I can evaluate Win11 on its release and am prevented from doing so. Has anyone in the community tried to this successfully? Thanx, Dan

I don’t see the connection between Lubuntu and your attempting to recover a windows system to evaluate upgrading the windows.

Why are you asking here? as your question seems to be about the SurfaceGo. I’m moving this to off-topic as I don’t see the Lubuntu connection.
