Access of the "Power Manager Settings" by terminal?

I often change the “idle time” of the tab “Idle” of the “Power Manager Settings”.

I would like to do that by terminal and not with the GUI.

Is there a possibility to open the window “Power Manager Settings” by terminal?
Is there a possibility to change the “idle time” of the tab “Idle” of the “Power Manager Settings” by terminal?

There’s that one that will open the settings GUI. I don’t know of a way to adjust with the terminal, so I can only partially answer your question.

This presumes you’re using a supported release and not still on 18.04.
